We do not train or lecture; we transform. Through decades of work in leadership development, results, feedback from clients worldwide, and continuous R&D, we know that stand-alone workshops, seminars, and lectures deliver only short-term results when it comes to developing leaders and organizations.
Why? these methods are outside-in and knowledge base. We beleive that they provide information and knowledge which is needed but insufficient to develop leaders and organizations. After all, information is everywhere, we don’t need more information to change our businesses and lives to the better. And if we need, technology is now making information and knowledge readily available at one’s fingertips.
We believe that true and long-lasting leadership development is about facilitating behavior change and personal transformation so leaders show up differently at work and in their lives. Leadership development, as such, must emphasizes character development, change, and transformation from the inside out, along the side of developing new leadership competencies, traits, habits, and skills and making them second nature.
Ours is a unique, proven, and time-tested process of intentional goal-directed behviour change. We meet leaders where they are in their development path and work with them on their real-life business and personal challenges and goals. We facilitate their leadership development and ensure they achieve remarkable, measurable, and sustainable results.
We work with small groups over several weeks and months, covering time-tested, proven principles in short mini-lessons followed by action-learning Coaching and facilitation sessions. During this change process, and over the weeks, leaders learn and apply what they learn through an individualized learning plan and real-life “on-the-job” application on pre-set “business and personal goals.” By the end, the change and transformation to become more successful and more effective leaders while achieving their business and personal goals.

Our engagement takes place over several weeks; we will facilitate and coach you and your team through a personalized development process that results in measurable, long-lasting change. In between the sessions, participants learn, reflect, and practice on the job on pre-set business and personal goals.
Our regular facilitation and coaching sessions can take place at your workplace and/or virtually, eliminating costly travel expenses and significant downtime for you and your team members.

Participants immediately begin applying techniques designed to help them change their behavior and foster the new habits that will lead to the desired results.

Adult learning is a continuous process different from gaining knowledge, information, and body of knowledge. Our 50+ years of research prove that leadership development must be integrated into work settings. As leadership development is primarily a change process, our process facilitates desired behavior change from the inside out. Implementing our intentional goal-directed action change process over several weeks and months has many benefits. Participants don’t feel overwhelmed and have sufficient time to master each step, change their attitudes, and embody mindset shifts and mental models.
