James is the Managing Partner of LMI Indonesia in 2022.

Prior to joining LMI Indonesia, James has 20 years of professional working experiences in Software Engineering, Semiconductor Manufacturing Technologies, Test & Measurement, Automotive Research & Development across United States and Singapore. With many of those applications are applied in different industrial sectors including Food and Beverages, Oil & Gas, Electronics (Consumer, Automotive and Medical) and Education Institutions.

He joined the LMI Indonesia team as Associate Director in 2017 with Andy Sutedja. Since then, he worked closely with founders, business leaders and managers from different industries and levels of growth to determine strategic plan, to optimize opportunities and to strengthened internal technical and leadership capabilities. Developed further working experiences within Accounting, Finance, Legal and Investment sector. 

James uses The Total Leader® methodologies continually and applied the lessons to develop personally and professionally.  Helping others in the team to translate the life-changing impact of LMI programs into life transformation for the team and the organizations.
